NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leavenworth City Council will hold a public hearing on a petition for annexation by Gustavo Hoyos, for approximately 0.52 acres located at 9646 Marson Dr, Leavenworth, parcel number 241711130150, and further described as Lot 1 of Boundary Line Adjustment 2365, within Leavenworth’s Urban Growth Area (UGA) Multifamily Residential zone. The hearing will be on September 24, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 700 Highway 2, Leavenworth, Washington and via Zoom (https://cityofleavenworth.com/your-city-hall/calendar/ ).
