NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leavenworth City Council will hold a public hearing based on the Planning Commission recommendation to adopt a new code for Common Interest Ownership (condominiums) within the Residential zoning district. The hearing will be on July 9, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 700 Highway 2, Leavenworth, Washington  and via Zoom (https://cityofleavenworth.com/your-city-hall/calendar/).
The City determined that these amendments are exempt from State Environmental review pursuant to WAC 197-11-800(19). Interested citizens are encouraged to comment and/or attend the public hearing.
