NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leavenworth City Council will hold two public hearings based on the Planning Commission recommendations for (1) Cottage Housing and (2) Code Consistency on May 28, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 700 Highway 2, Leavenworth, Washington and via Zoom (https://cityofleavenworth.com/your-city-hall/calendar/) to take public testimony on amendments to the Leavenworth Municipal Code. The City determined that these amendments are exempt from State Environmental review pursuant to WAC 197-11-800(19). Interested citizens are encouraged to comment and/or attend the public hearing.
