Local artist Candice Ann's colorful works to be featured at Leavenworth Library exhibition

LEAVENWORTH—The Leavenworth Library will host an art exhibition showcasing the works of local artist Candice (Guy-Dilloff) Ann from July 23 to August 30 in the library's Fireside Room.

Candice Ann is a well-known figure in the Leavenworth community, recognized for her contributions to the town's artistic landscape. Her mural paintings and signage can be found throughout the area, adding splashes of color and creativity to the surroundings. Candice is also known for her participation in the Empty Bowl project, creating unique pieces to support the cause, and for her hand-painted ornaments that have become a staple of the town's annual Kris Kringle celebration.

In addition to her public art installations, Candice Ann is passionate about sharing her love for watercolor painting and journaling. She teaches classes in her studio and has garnered a following online through her YouTube channel and Facebook page, "Candice Ann Creates," where she inspires others to explore their artistic side.

The upcoming exhibition at the Leavenworth Library will feature a collection of Candice Ann's vibrant watercolor pieces, offering visitors a glimpse into her creative world. The community is encouraged to visit the Fireside Room during the exhibition dates to appreciate and support the work of this talented local artist.
