Pybus Market launches youth focused Artisan Fair in Wenatchee

Posted

WENATCHEE — Pybus Public Market is set to host its inaugural "Kids ONLY Artisan Market" on August 10, offering young entrepreneurs a unique opportunity to showcase their creativity and business acumen.

The event, scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., aims to introduce youth to the world of small business by providing them a platform to sell their original art and craft work. The market is open to participants up to 17 years old from the Wenatchee Valley and surrounding areas.

Market organizers are offering free table space to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. All products must be original creations crafted by the young vendors themselves.

This initiative represents a novel approach to fostering entrepreneurship among local youth, allowing them to experience the dynamics of running a small business in a supportive environment.

Interested parties can register for the event through an online form. Potential participants can contact amber@pybusmarket.org for further information.

The Kids ONLY Artisan Market reflects a growing trend of youth-focused entrepreneurship programs, aiming to cultivate business skills and creativity at an early age.
