Peshastin-Dryden Elementary to hold kindergarten welcome, registration event

PESHASTIN – Peshastin-Dryden Elementary will offer two upcoming kindergarten welcome sessions. 

The Kindergarten Welcome will include a morning of introduction and information about kindergarten for the 2024-25 school year.

The events will be held on April 10 and 17 at 8:30 a.m. at the Peshastin-Dryden Elementary School.

Children must be five years old by Aug. 31, 2024, to attend kindergarten in the fall.

“We are so excited to meet our new cubs and families,” the event page states. “Please come to PD to tour the kindergarten classrooms and meet our wonderful teachers and staff. Kindergarten is a special milestone and we are thrilled to partner with you at the start of your student’s educational journey.”

Please bring your future kindergartener, their vaccination records, and their birth certificate or proof of age. 

Questions are encouraged and welcome during this time. 

Peshastin-Dryden Elementary is at 1001 School St., Peshastin.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The office will be closed from June 19 to August 19.
