Upper Valley Park & Recreation Service Area On the 14th day of November 2024, the Board of the Upper Valley Park & Recreation Service Area passed the following budget resolutions. A summary of the contents of each provides as follows: Resolution 3-2024: A Resolution authorizing the regular property tax levy plus 1% increase and is authorized for the levy to be collected in 2025; Resolution 4-2024: A resolution adopting a budget for 2025 and providing for other matters properly relating thereto.
