CHELAN COUNTY — A second round of ballot counts from the Aug. 4 Primary remain the same for the Chelan County Sheriff race.
Incumbent Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison is still holding a wide lead against challenging deputy Stan Langlow. Morrison still has 75 percent of the vote, receiving 12,369 votes so far. Langlow hangs just below 24 percent, where he stood Tuesday night, with 3,942 votes. There are 125 write-ins.
With only two candidates in the race, both Morrison and Langlow will advance to the November general election.
