LEAVENWORTH – The City of Leavenworth will host its spring Community Engagement Night on May 6, providing updates on upcoming and ongoing efforts by the city and community partners.
The open-house format will have display tables with representatives to provide information, answer questions, and receive input on work such as the Front Street Pedestrian Plaza Project, Ski Hill Drive Active Transportation Improvements Phase 2 Project, and updates from the Parking, Community Development, and Public Works departments.
The event will also host a handful of community partners, including Link Transit, the Nutcracker Museum, Village Voices, Helion Energy, Chelan County PUD, and Upper Valley MEND.
The Community Engagement Night will take place from 4 p.m to 7 p.m. at the Festhalle, located at 1001 Front Street. Free parking will be available in the adjacent lots – Aasgard, Blewett, and Colchuck – after 4 p.m. that evening. Kids are welcome to attend, with activities provided to keep them occupied.
