A summary of the contents provides as follows: Ordinance 1699: An ordinance of the City of Leavenworth, WA, providing for the annexation of certain real property described as Lot 1 of BLA 2365, assessor’s parcel number 241711130150; and all that portion of Mine St. right-of-way lying westerly of the existing City limits boundary, to the City of Leavenworth, WA , incorporating the same within the corporate limits thereof, and adopting zoning regulations for the annexed property.
