Bat Night with WDFW

Posted

Wenatchee River Institute is teaming up with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife for a night of bat education on Saturday, August 3, from 7:30-11:30 p.m. at Nason Creek.

“Minimal walking is required, although the bat stations will be situated off the pavement over some uneven terrain,” the event page states. “Our trained bat experts will be the only ones allowed to handle bats. Please bring a headlamp or flashlight for your own safety if you have one.”

Registration for this event is required, but cost is Pay What You Can. For more information and to register, visit wenatcheeriverinstitute.org.
