Ileane Scammahorn
Ileane Scammahorn, 88, a resident of Sunnyslope, longtime resident of Peshastin and Cashmere, died Friday June 7, 2013 at her home in Sunnyslope. Ileane was born on Sept. 28, 1924 to Wesley and Florence (Remington) Potter at Leavenworth. Ileane was raised and educated in Peshastin where she graduated from Peshastin High School. After graduating, she went to Oakland, Calif., where she married Ralph Scammahorn on May 25, 1945

Kelley Sandra (Porter) Fryhover
"When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure"

Kelley Sandra (Porter) Fryhover passed peacefully into heaven Friday, May 17, 2013 at Central Washington Hospital with family members surrounding her.

Kelley was born June 4, 1969 to Norm and Carol Porter, lived in Leavenworth where she spent many hours skiing at the local ski hill, playing and eating in the old ski lodge her parents ran. She attended and graduated from Cascade High School in the Class of 1987.

Joyce Stutler Pittsinger
Joyce Stutler Pittsinger, born Nov. 12, 1931, to Parents' Extraordinaire, passed away May 3, 2013. Joyce grew up in Montrose, Colo., graduated from high school in 1949, going on to attend Western State College in Gunnison, Colo. She worked at the power company in Montrose until she married and moved to Washington in 1952, working at Alcoa until having children. She worked for the Governor's office in dedication of Rocky Reach Dam, and then the Chelan County PUD.

Raymond Bruce
Raymond Charlie Bruce went home to be with the Lord, after a brief illness, on May 17.

He was born in Habersham, Tenn. on Dec. 2, 1923 to Garrett and Margaret Bruce. He was the second child of 12 children.
