Betty Dodson
Betty Dodson, 83, a long time Leavenworth resident passed away Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2015 at Cashmere Convalescent Center.
Al and Tillie Monesmith brought Betty into this world Jan 1, 1932 in Seattle, where she spent the first years of her life. They moved to the Wenatchee Valley when Betty was 4 years old.

Nancy D. Garrecht
Nancy D. Garrecht, 62, a longtime resident of Leavenworth, died Oct. 26, 2015 at her home in Leavenworth.
Nancy was born on May 4, 1953 to William R. and Alberta J. (Gayda) Garrecht at Yakima. At the age of 15, she moved with her family to Leavenworth, where she has lived ever since. Nancy worked as a hairdresser for Peoples, J.C. Penney's and various other salons in the Wenatchee Valley.

Robert Gustaf Fredrickson
Bob passed away at home with his family on Oct. 8, 2015. He was born in Wenatchee, Washington on March 11, 1930 to Gustaf and Leona Fredrickson, and was raised in Leavenworth, Washington.
He was involved in sports and lettered in the javelin. In his childhood, he packed horses and people in the local mountains, drove lumber trucks and worked for the railroad. After high school, Bob joined the Navy and served four years on the USS Agerholm during the Korean War as a radio operator.
In his early career, he became an electrician and while working in Norway for Collins Radio. He met his wife, Turid. Bob (with Turid) then worked all over world as a pioneer in establishing sites for the Collins Radio Company. After Collins, he worked for BPA and retired as an electrical foreman.
He enjoyed golf, playing bridge and being a member of the ACBL Everett Bridge club, where he met and enjoyed many years of great friendships and memories.

Ardis Crusch
Surrounded by the love of her family, Ardis Crusch, at 77 years young, passed on Oct. 7 2015. She was survived by her husband of 55 wonderful years, Dennis Crusch Sr.
She was the type of person you would only have to meet once and you'd instantly love her. Ardis was the best fishing gal around and enjoyed camping at Fish Lake. She was the best wife, mother, aunt and grandma, anyone could imagine. Ardis made such a big difference in so many people's lives. She may be gone, but she will NEVER be forgotten. Per Ardis' request, there will be no service.
